THIS IS A NOTICE TO AWARD AND THERE IS NO "FULL ANNOUNCEMENT" ASSOCIATED WITH THE NOTICE. The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award an Agreement to Stephen F. Austin State University. This financial assistance opportunity is being used under a Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU) program. CESUs are partnerships that provide research, technical assistance and education.
