This announcement describes the Sea-based Aviation National Naval Responsibility (SBA NNR) Structures and Materials Focus Area research opportunity to be launched under the ONR BAA 13-001, Long Range Broad Agency Announcement for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology.
