Description

Section 365 directs the Secretary of the Interior to establish a federal permit streamlining Pilot Project and the Bureau of Land Management field offices be part of the Pilot Project. The proposed new Cooperative Agreement is to continue funding for two Pilot Office oil and gas biologist positions.
