NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service (NPS) intent to fund the Minnesota Legislative coordinating Commission project to fabricate and install wayfinding signs, install in-town information including map/kiosk, and implement an electronic media initiative to engage Mississippi River Trail riders.
