This is a Request For Information (RFI) only as defined in FAR 15.201(e) to obtain information about capabilities and market information related to the attached draft statement of work for a proposed new activity in Jacobabad, North Sindh province in Pakistan. USAID/Pakistan seeks interest from potential parties. Draft Statement of Work can be found at USAID/Pakistan website at http://Pakistan.usaid.gov. Interests are to be sent to the following e-mail address: srehan@usaid.gov.This RFI will be open from the date of release through Thursday November 15, 2012 at 04:00 PM(Pakistan time). All are advised that subsequent award could be a contract or cooperative agreement, and that this RFI neither obligates USAID to award a contract/cooperative agreement nor commits USAID to pay for any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of interests in response to this RFI.
