The key activities to be supported under this FOA limit eligibility to organizations that have: 1) established global surveillance systems; 2) access to state-of the-art veterinary laboratory diagnostics, 3) scientific expertise in zoonotic diseases, outbreak investigations, and disease management; and 4) international recognition and established in-country relationships with ministries of health and agriculture, universities, industry, and other government and non-governmental partners.
