Burma (approximately $1,500,000 available): To promote increased democratic and human rights in Burma?s fluid political environment, DRL seeks proposals that provide capacity building, technical support, and subgrants for politically-focused civil society organizations in Burma. Our overarching goal is an empowered, broad-based civil society which presses for the legal/institutional reforms needed nationally and regionally to consolidate Burma?s democratic transition.
