The United States Government (USG), as represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA), Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) is seeking to support or stimulate the activities described in this Annual Program Statement (APS).The objective of this APS is to support innovative and/or proven ways to reduce the risk of disasters to populations living in in hazard-prone, marginalized and vulnerable urban settlements, through applying the Neighborhood Approach in Latin America and the Caribbean.
