Description

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue Modification 0002 to cooperative agreement R11AC20123 to the Casitas Municipal Water District, under the authority of catalog for domestic assistance (CFDA) 15.524, Recreation Resources Management. Estimated amount: $395,000.00. Modification 0002 is to increase funding for projects that were identified in the original scope of work, but could not be funded at that time. Reclamation proposes to continually fund the Recreation facility upgrades and Quagga Mussel prevention controls at Lake Casitas. (Refer to the Notice of Intent to Award Announcement No. R11AS20038 for additional information). A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
