Description

The Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Fellowship Program seeks to attract and prepare outstanding youn people who have an interest in pursuing a career with the Department of State's Foreign Service. It encourages the application of members of minority groups historically underrepresented in the Foreign Service and those with financial need.
