This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service (NPS), intention to fund the following project activities without competition. The NPS and Groundwork(GW) USA shall develop GW Richmond, CA to engage community members in improving access to parks, recreation and conserved natural resources and to improve public health and safety by transforming derelict sites into safe and productive green spaces.
