Description
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Office of Population and Reproductive Health (PRH), in the Bureau of Global Health (GH), seeks applications for a Cooperative Agreement from eligible for-profit, not-for-profit, or private voluntary organizations (PVO) (and any combination of those organizations) for a program titled “Implementation Science for Strengthening Use of Evidence in FP/RH Programming (ISSUE FP/RH)”. The authority for the RFA can be found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. USAID’s objective with this solicitation is: Strategic generation, translation, and use of new and existing evidence to improve FP/RH programming worldwide. Specifically, USAID seeks assistance to: • Generate evidence through high quality research to increase the effectiveness of FP/RH programming;• Synthesize and share existing and new evidence to accelerate scale-up of evidence-based FP/RH programming; and• Provide technical assistance for use of evidence to improve FP/RH programming worldwide.
