This RFI is a request for information and will not fund any grant applicant activities based upon this announcement. In order to provide a frame of the amount of funding that may eventually be provided, it is envisioned that total maximum project funds will not exceed $1,000,000 and 24 months of work per project and may be significantly less. U.S.-based and foreign non-profit and non-governmental organizations (NGO) and universities are eligible to submit RFIs.
