Description

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications (proposals for funding) from U.S. institutions of higher education and U.S. non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and/or a consortia to provide technical support to a new Mekong Partnership for the Environment Project (MPE) to foster integrated sub-regional cooperation and capacity building among Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam, in the areas of education, health, environment and water, and connectivity.
