Health Systems Strengthening for a Sustainable HIV/AIDS Response in Ukraine

Description
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), through the Regional Contracting Office in Kyiv, Ukraine is seeking applications from qualified U.S. or non-U.S. non-profit or for-profit Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and other qualified non-USG organizations for a Cooperative Agreement to implement a program entitled “Health Systems Strengthening for a Sustainable HIV/AIDS Response in Ukraine.” USAID/Ukraine will provide up to $18 million, subject to availability of funds, for the five-year PEPFAR-Ukraine flagship project in the area of health systems and HIV policy implementation: Health Systems Strengthening for a Sustainable HIV/AIDS Response in Ukraine (HSS-SHARe). The project’s purpose is to strengthen Ukraine’s health system to ensure effective and sustainable delivery of HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment services to key populations.
