The period of performance will vary depending on the progress in meeting the objectives and key performance parameters, but may be up to five years.ONR anticipates that multiple awards will result from this BAA. The typical award will likely be in the range of $150K to $1,000K per year, but awards outside this range are also possible. For white papers that propose efforts that are considered of particular value to the Navy, but either exceed available budgets or contain certain tasks or applications that are not desired by the Navy, ONR may suggest a full proposal with reduced effort to fit within expected available budgets or an effort that refocuses the tasks and application of the technology to maximize the benefit of the Navy.The FULL ANNOUNCEMENT is available on the Grants.gov website by scrolling to the top of the synopsis page and clicking on the "FULL ANNOUNCEMENT" box surrounded by the dotted line at the top of the page.
