Description
The goal of the research project is to develop an open source Geographic Information Systems (GIS) based software tool that enables hydrologists and climate scientists to interactively access streamflow predications at dynamic, user-defined locations based on a set of downscaled Global Climate Model scenarios. The set of scenarios will be selected through consultation with the climate change community.
