The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement (FOA) is to support the objectives of the Global Action Plan for Influenza Vaccines (GAP) by also complementing the ongoing efforts by the ASPR/BARDA International Influenza Vaccine Manufacturing Capacity Building Program to build sustainable influenza vaccine production capacity in resource poor nations.
