This announcement is modified. In Section III.1. Eligible Applicants, this section has been clarified and the CSBG Act citation number has been changed. The Office of Community Services (OCS) within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) announces funding for one 2-year cooperative agreement to expand and support the coordination of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) nationwide Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) the Risk Mitigation Training and Technical Assistance Center. The efforts supported through this cooperative agreement will focus on the coordination of federal, state, and local risk mitigation and corrective action processes to assure appropriate assessment and corrective action within the CSBG Network. OCS will announce a separate funding opportunity announcement for a CSBG Learning Communities Resource Center (Funding Announcement (FON): HHS-2013-ACF-OCS-ET-0582). The CSBG Risk Mitigation Training and Technical Assistance Center will coordinate with the Learning Communities Resource Center technical assistance provider to add high-quality materials relating to risk mitigation efforts, quality control, and capacity development to the Learning Communities Resource Center’s resource database.
