This announcement is modified. In Section III.1. Eligible Applicants, this section has been clarified and the CSBG Act citation number has been changed. The Office of Community Services (OCS) within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) will support one 2-year cooperative agreement for a Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Learning Communities Resource Center (LCRC). This resource center will be designed to promote the creation of learning communities within the CSBG Network to analyze Community Action outcomes and identify effective, promising, and innovative practice models to address current causes and conditions of poverty. OCS will announce a separate funding opportunity announcement for a CSBG Risk Mitigation Training and Technical Assistance Center (Funding Opportunity Number (FON): HHS-2013-ACF-OCS-ET-0581). The Learning Communities Resource Center will refer all sensitive, high risk, and CSBG-eligible entities requiring corrective action to the CSBG Risk Mitigation Training and Technical Assistance.
