The Office of Naval Research (ONR), with the Office of the Secretary of Defense Manufacturing Technology Office, plans to conduct a Proposers’ Day conference on 09 July 2013 to present an upcoming Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for a Lightweight and Modern Metals Manufacturing Innovation (LM3I) Institute. An application package is included with this Proposers' Day Conference Announcement because OMB requires all grants.gov accouncements to include an application package.
