Shoshone-Paiute Tribes Rehabilitation of Irrigation Control Structures

Description
The Tribes are requesting financial assistance through Reclamation’s NAAP to: - Construct a new redwood headwalls at a water control structure near farm tract 1238 and at another structure near farm tract 1210. Both structures have two metal control gates that will be reattached to the new headwalls. - Reconstruct a deteriorated softwood check structure , located near Tract 1061, with a new redwood structure of similar design. This structure will control water levels in the Thacker Lateral and diversions into delivery ditches upstream of the structure with removable redwood check boards.
