Description

This Request for Applications (RFA) announces a full and open competition to implement the Strengthening Central Africa Environmental Management and Policy Support (SCAEMPS) Implementing Mechanism (IM) in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the Republic of Congo (ROC) for the third phase of the Central Africa Regional Program for the Environment (CARPE). This IM is planned for five years, from October 1, 2013 – September 30, 2018.
