This posting is to provide public notice of NPS's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Task Agreement under Cooperative Agreement P13AC00676 with Humboldt State University, a partner under the Californian Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for the project titled "Climate sensitivity in white spruce as indicated by stable isotopes of carbon and oxygen in tree rings, Southwest Alaska Network".
