Description

FWS is responsible for conducting and or overseeing environmental studies and cleanup for sites for which is the Lead Department pursuant to the Federal Facility Agreement (FFA) between U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, IEPA, Department of the Interior (DOI FWS), and Army Corps of Engineers. DOI FWS agreed to reimburse IEPA for costs for its participation technical support pursuant to the FFA and First Amendment to the Consent Decree for the PCB OU.
