This posting is to provide public notice of NPS's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Task Agreement P13AC00955 under Cooperative Agreement H8W07110001 with Washington State University, a partner under the Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for the project titled "Determining the Sensitivity of High Elevation Lakes in Mount Rainier, North Cascades, and Olympic National Parks to Atmospheric Nitrogen Deposition through Nutrient Enrichment Experiments".
