The purpose of this funding opportunity is to deliver an introductory seminar on the Fundamentals of Strategic Trade controls in Budva, Montenegro that includes up to 40 officials from Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia.
