Description
The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a Notice of Intent (R13AS20032) for a grant agreement to The Klamath Tribe for the following program: The Klamath Tribes Drought Relief Program. The purpose of requirement is to allow the Tribes to mitigate for drought by conducting a drought relief program targeting tribal Allottees. Refer to Notice of Intent (NOI) to award announcement, R13AS20032 for additional information. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. System for Award Management (SAM) applies to this announcement.
