Description

The Bureau of Reclamation requires modeling, forecasting, and planning tools to provide accurate streamflow, runoff, and reservoir operation forecasts for both the Truckee and Carson Rivers. This information allows Reclamation to make decisions on the volume and timing of diversions from the Truckee River to the Newlands Project.
