Description

This announcement solicits new and competing continuation applications for fiscal year (FY) 2014 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part C Early Intervention Services (EIS). Part C Early Intervention Services (EIS) funds support outpatient HIV early intervention and primary care services targeted to low-income, medically underserved people living with HIV/AIDS.
