System Requirements: PC-based attendees: Required: Windows? 8, 7, Vista, XP or 2003 Server Mac?-based attendees: Required: Mac OS? X 10.6 or newer Mobile attendees: Required: iPhone?, iPad?, Android? phone or Android tablet II. All other parts of the FOA remain unchanged. III. The area which has changed is highlighted within the Funding Opportunity Announcement. The full Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is posted on the EERE eXCHANGE website at https://eere-exchange.energy.gov. Applications must be submitted through the EERE eXCHANGE website to be considered for award. The applicant must first register and create an account on the EERE eXCHANGE website.
