Description

This RFA is for a cooperative agreement to support and manage a Senior Advisors Group. Based upon each Power Africa Focus Country’s energy reform strategy, challenges, and opportunities, the Senior Advisors Group will provide support to Heads of State and senior Ministerial officials -- to advance the Focus Country’s energy reform agenda. The Senior Advisors Group will focus on three of Power Africa’s Focus Countries, based on where this model could add the most value, complement existing efforts, and garner the support of host governments.
