The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking Concept Papers for funding to: 1)support and increase participation of people with disabilities (PWDs) in USAID activities and 2)strengthen the capacity and services of civil society organizations run by and for people with disabilities; herein referred to as Disabled People’s Organizations (DPOs).
