Description
This initiative will stimulate and support innovative research by small business concerns that may lead to the development of novel technologies for the early diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of micro and macro vascular complications of diabetes which are associated with significant morbidity and mortality of the disease and high costs to the health care system.
