The Department of State Office of Export Control Cooperation is pleased to announce a new funding opportunity through this Request for Applications (RFA). ISN/ECC invites U.S. non-profit organizations and educational institutions, as well as PIOs to submit cooperative agreement proposals for assisting the Government of Kosovo (GOK) in laying the foundations for a functioning strategic trade control system that meets international standards. ISN/ECC has approximately $85,000 available to fund this project.
