Description

The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price. The DOE-ID procurement services office intends to award to this entity, providing justification for sole source in accordance with FAR 6.303-2 as explained in Subpart 13.5. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, any interested firm that believes it can meet the requirements may provide written notification prior to the response due date. Responses are required to be submitted via email. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any responses to this notice of contract action shall be submitted via email to Ms. Diane Long, longdc@id.doe.gov no later than 12:00 PM Mountain Time on Monday, March 10, 2013.
