Description

This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) issued by the Office of Population Affairs (OPA) encourages grant applications from public or non-profit private entities to conduct data analysis and related research and evaluation on the impact of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) on Title X funded family planning centers. The purpose is to support quantitative and qualitative analysis which has broad generalizability and may inform Title X providers and relevant stakeholders on how to continue to provide high quality and sustainable family planning services. This FOA allows applications for two different categories of projects. Applicants may submit one application per category.
