Description

DRL is seeking to build upon previously-funded or ongoing successful programs in Iraq that are commensurate with DRL’s priority areas of funding, particularly human rights and rule of law, strengthening democratic institutions and processes, and advocating for the rights of women and marginalized populations.

  • Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
  • Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
  • Private institutions of higher education
