The purpose of this FOA is to promote health and prevent NCDs across the globe by supporting capacity building, surveillance and surveys, planning and monitoring, and activities that focus on the following key NCD conditions and risk factors such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, nutrition, reproductive health, and tobacco control.
