Fish and Wildlife Service, Gila River Basin Native Fishes Conservation Program, SoleSource Task Agreement under 505 DM 2.14 Unsolicited Proposals. The CAP Gila River Basin Native Fishes Conservation Program was established in response to the 1994, 2001, and 2008 biological opinions on CAP water transfers to the Gila River basin for the purposes of conserving native aquatic species and managing against non indigenous aquatic species.
