Executive Summary: Executive Summary: ECA is seeking proposals for the U.S./Pakistan Professional Partnership Program for Journalists in Urdu. This program will bring working broadcast and print journalists from the two countries together to develop cross cultural relationships and develop professional skills that will positively impact people’s lives and contribute to stronger ties between the two nations. The Bureau expects funding in the amount of approximately $900,000 to be available for the program and expects to award one grant in this competition.
