THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award an agreement to Housatonic Valley Association, Inc. to implement the restoration effort and accomplish restoration objectives. The specific objectives of this Agreement is to protect and enhance the ecological integrity of cold water streams in the Housatonic Watershed of northwest Connecticut.
