Description

The Pacific Northwest Region¿s Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) proposes to enter into a cooperative agreement with the Grant Soil and Water Conservation District (GSWCD) for planning and engineering design activities related to the Federal Columbia River Power System (FCRPS) Habitat Improvement Program as required by the May, 2010, Biological Opinion (BiOp) issued by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS).
