Description
Applicants are required to submit applications through the Office of Justice Programs’ Grants Management System (GMS) instead of Grants.gov. See "How to Apply" on page 9 of the solicitation for details. The Grants for Outreach and Services to Underserved Populations (Underserved Program) supports projects that develop and implement outreach strategies targeted at adult or youth victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking in underserved populations, and to provide victim services to meet the needs of such populations.
