Description

This is NOT a request for applications; this is an announcement that an award has already been designated to TLGV Inc., for their work on TLGV. TLGV will: The Last Green Valley, Inc. agrees to: 1. Use funds made available under this Agreement to support the NHC in a manner consistent with the Legislation and as outlines in Annual Workplans and Budgets for projects on environmental stewardship, economic development, cultural and community resources, natural resources and land use, agriculture, and recreation. 2. Include units of local government, regional planning organizations, and nonprofit organizations in implementing the approved management plan. 3. Encourage, by all means appropriate, economic viability that is consistent with the purposes of the NHC. 4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including but not limited to, the National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act.
