Description
The purpose of the FCHIP TA Program is to provide technical assistance, site implementation assistance, and other tracking and analytic activities to support providers participating in the Frontier Community Health Integration Project (FCHIP) Demonstration in identifying potential new approaches to health care delivery, reimbursement, and coordination in sparsely populated areas.
