The United States Department of Transportation (US DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) announces the Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program (MCSAP) Basic and Incentive grant program funding opportunity. MCSAP grants provide financial assistance to States, U.S. Territories, and the District of Columbia to reduce the number and severity of crashes and hazardous material incidents involving commercial motor vehicles (CMVs).
