ISN/ECC invites U.S. non-profit organizations and educational institutions, as well as PIOs, to submit proposals for assisting the Government of Iraq (GOI) with increasing its understanding of strategic trade controls licensing mechanics with a view to establishing a robust interagency licensing process and effectively implement the European Union Control List.

• Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
• Private institutions of higher education
