Description
The United States Department of the Interior / The National Park Service (NPS) / Cape Cod National Seashore is providing public notice of NPS's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: 1. Estimating time-activity budgets of hatch-year roseate terns. 2. The potential effects of disturbances on the behavior and within-season survival of hatch-year roseate terns and their parents. 3. If this disturbance affect the cohesiveness of parent-offspring groups.
