Purpose of Program: The Grants to States for School Emergency Management Program provides grants to State educational agencies (SEAs) to increase their capacity to assist local educational agencies (LEAs) by providing training and technical assistance in the development and implementation of high-quality school emergency operations plans (EOPs). Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 84.184Q. Applications for grants under the Grants to States for School Emergency Management Program, CFDA number 84.184Q, must be submitted electronically using the Governmentwide Grants.gov Apply site. Through this site, you will be able to download a copy of the application package, complete it offline, and then upload and submit your application.
